SideBy Collective is led by Sam Thomson and Coral Florian. Together we bring more than 50 years' experience in governance, engagement, change and delivery across government, community and corporate settings. We're based in Cairns and work across Far North Queensland and Australia. When you work with SideBy, you work directly with us, the people responsible for the advice and the outcome.

No. We're based in Cairns and work across Queensland and Australia, on site or remotely as the work needs.

Defined commissions are usually fixed-fee. Ongoing support is usually time-based. Either way, fees are agreed in writing before work starts.
